Swiss Bar CAMBER-X is a special multi-grip barbell that offers various grip widths. The grips are angled, and although they appear to be the same, the angle gradually changes based on the grip width to ensure safe and natural exercise.

You can use the Swiss bar for bench press, as well as for other pressing exercises or barbell rows. The “cambered” design is a big advantage of this product – the barbell is curved, which allows for better range of motion at the wide grip.

Description

Swiss bar is a universal term for a multi-functional barbell with various grips. Unlike the Swiss army knife, our Swiss Bar CAMBER-X fulfills its role perfectly.

  • The shoulder are in a significantly more advantageous position when exercising with a Swiss bar compared to exercising with a classic Olympic barbell. The position of the grips was thoroughly tested for several months during the design process, resulting in three sets of grips. All are at a natural angle – which gradually changes based on human physiology. The wider the grip, the greater the angle.
  • The curved (cambered) design provides a greater range of motion – especially at the widest grip. The other grips also benefit from the curvature – they are outside the rotational axis, which provides better stability.

Conclusion: Training with a Swiss bar is safer (lower risk of injury) –> Thanks to this, we can allow for a greater range of motion (curved design) –> Better training results.
