Peg for bands with integrated magnet – it ensures the peg won’t fall out during normal use. No extra locks are needed that could get lost or just end up lying around the gym. Usage is simple: just insert the pegs into the holes on the rack or cage and loop the band through them. This simplicity is appreciated in every workout – it saves time (often up to 4 pegs are used) and is especially handy when mounting pegs in higher positions.

Exercise bands provide variable resistance – with the correct peg setup, you can make exercises harder at certain points or, conversely, easier.
