Exercising on the spheres is an excellent way to train grip strength and gives rest to strained calluses on the hands.

Description

The handles for M-Series constructions may appear simple, but they are in fact carefully designed to provide alternative grips for pull-ups, including neutral grip and pull-up balls (spheres). To attach the handles securely, M-Series rack with at least one perforated crossbar is required. When mounted on the upright of the rack, the handles can also be used for training the human flag or attaching resistance bands.
