Parallel Landmine Handle serves as the perfect accessory for performing parallel rows with an olympic barbell. It is compatible with any landmine attachment, making it a versatile accessory for your workouts.

Featuring a design that maximizes range of motion, the handle’s length and curved plate shape ensure a comfortable distance from the weights and sufficient space for the stomach during workouts. The plastic-covered interior of the connecting tube profile prevent damage to the barbell sleeve during repeated use.

This handle is suitable for all barbells with a 50mm diameter.

Description

The “V” shaped adapter is designed for parallel barbell rows and works best with a standalone landmine or one attached to the rack. Simply slide it onto the sleeve of an olympic barbell and add weight plates as needed. When flipped, it can also function as a weight plates loading aid.
