The main advantage of the Viking press attachment is the possibility to practice two-handed exercises – especially the very popular overhead presses, from which the very name of the attachment (viking press) derives.

The Viking press adapter is made in one piece – welded as a whole. This ensures not only strength and long-term flawlessness, but also ease of assembly – just unpack and start using.

Internal protection

No metal-to-metal contact
No wear and tear of the barbell and the attachment.

The internal protection also ensures better comfort – the bar goes in more tightly and you don’t hear an unpleasant rattling noise during exercise.

Compatible with weightlifting barbells

This Viking press attachment can be used with standard 50 mm olympic and weighlifting barbells.

Locking screw

The adapter has a welded plate at the end, so you can use it without any worries. During normal use, it is not necessary to tighten the screw. It is used if you want to achieve greater tightness – it only pushes the inner plastic, so you will not damage the surface finish of the barbell.

Different grip options

In total, there are 6 handles (48 mm diameter), so you have 3 grip options to choose from.

Perfektný doplnok k landminu. Chceš úchop na široko, na úzko, rovno… medze sa nekladú…. Využívame ho v našom gyme asi 5 rokov a farba krásne drží, bez škrabancov na vonkajšku alebo vnútri na činke… vrelo doporučujem

Kvalitně zpracovaný produkt, vyhovuje skvěle rozměrově a dá se využít nejen na tlaky na ramena ale i na víc cviků cena je dobrá i včetně dopravy do ČR ,super komunikace s firmou na dotaz odpověděli i ve svátek, vše na čem jsme se domluvili splnili vřele doporučuji jak produkt tak i firmu
