Rack description

A 2-post wall mounted power rack equipped with a pulley system. Depending on your preference, you can choose whether the pulley is on one side or both sides.

On a well-utilized area, it combines two popular exercise methods:

  • You can perform bench presses, squats, and standard exercises with Olympic barbells and plates.
  • You can also perform pulley exercises such as flyes, triceps extensions, and many others.
